Worked as part of a multi-disciplinary Agile team to support and enhance Sky, the PPL intranet. Sky is the central source of PPL employees’ news, work- related documents and other important resources. Designed a new Dashboard experience for Sky which included widget design, IA restructuring and usability testing. Experienced being part of a team in its early stages and helped set team standards, develop a comprehensive design system, and establish productive relationships and cadences with stakeholders.

Designed primarily for the Comcast VoiceEdge product, a communications tool for small businesses that includes text, voice, and video-based methods of communication. First time as part of an internal Agile team in a corporate environment. Balanced stakeholder needs with user needs and development constraints to produce an intuitive and usable product.
